4. Site Visit & Enquiry Terms

When you book a site visit or submit an enquiry through our website or WhatsApp, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled site visits at the agreed time, or inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
• Understand that site visits are free of charge and carry no obligation to purchase.

5. Purchase & Registration Process

All plot purchases are governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh and the Registration Act of India. Once a sale agreement is signed and advance payment is made, the following applies:

• Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Registration must be completed within the timeline agreed upon in the sale agreement.
• All government fees, stamp duty, and registration charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• We will assist with documentation but are not liable for delays caused by government offices.
